Like in my case for the item number 170686164686 which I bought on 25th august.The seller provided with false shipping info to about 25 buyers to avoid automatic refund by ebay which is not trackable on courier website even after 9 days of providing.He didn't communicate to tell the reasons and the status of the couriers.In such case buyer should be given power to cancel the order if the consignment number provided by seller is not trackable for 24hrs or so and if the seller doesn't give any explanation so that he can get refund earlier rather than waiting for the end of timeline.Just go to profile of this seller and see the number of negative feedback and then tell if it worth for buyers to wait for ending of timeline and then 10 more days to get the refund actually or they should be given some power in atleast such cases to cancel the order and proceed with the refund.
