Hello Ebay team,
I am writing this feedback out of frustration and promise today that I will never purchase anything from ebay in my whole life. I am totally disappointed as I thought this chocolates will be delivered before valentines day as a suprise.
I have ordered for chocolates on 6th Febuary and was told that it will be delivered by 11th. When I checked the status and called FexEx customer service, they told me that they had sent the courier somewhere else by mistake and this item will not be delievered and will be returned back to the seller. I contacted ebay customer service several times and they told me to wait till 15th for the refund. I called on 15th and ebay customer service executive told me to wait for 5 more days for the approval and another 3 days for refund.
With this experience I have a feeling that ebay is a third degree online shopping site. I had purchased from flipkart on 13th morning and it is delivered on 14th afternoon with sms confirmation on my mobile. They have the best customer service in terms of online shopping.Thanks to flipkart I am not disppointed on this valentines day.
I promise to never even visit ebay site after my refund is done. I highly recommend people who wants to give surprise to never use ebay.
