Poor Customer Support and No one Helps

Well i am a seller on ebay with PaisaPay id - *** and emaill id : ***. I sell tupperware products on ebay and some other products and i am facing a alot of problems in my payments, shipping chharges and customer support system.

 

First of all whenever i contact ebay through their toll free number, the waiting time is always around 50 minutes and how someone will wait this much. The support system should contact us immediately and the system should be made fast.

 

Secindly, the shipping charges are charged so much high from the rated mentioned on their website. For rs.1600 product,, they chre us rs.800 for the shipping charges. What  the hell. I am fed up of mailing them and no one really responds.

 

There is no particular system to contact a real person on ebay and they just ask to email the problem but no one responds for our emails. I really don't understand these poor seller services from such a big brand. Other webistes have such good customer support system and they responds to the problem immediately. 

 

Hope some one reads it and responds to this post atleast. Otherwise we need to take some quick action agianst. This is not how things work.
