For 1800 rs i have spent 4-5 hours on phone...4-5 hours worth of wait time.
They continuously tell me seller has not sent an email confirmation that he received the product...Seller got his product back 2 months back...He sent an email to insellerverification still they would argue with only one thing "seller has not received the email"
I forwarded the email that seller had sent me they say the format is not supported I can't read your email. I copied email in notepad (it removes all formatting) and sent it they say we can't accept this as proof.
I got so frustrated I ordered them to talk to the manager they say we don't have manager on Saturday so he just keeps me on hold for 15 minutes and transfers to another guy. He reads the same Bull**bleep** script again "Seller has not sent an email".
Finally he asks me the date he recieved the email on and he confirms yea we can see the seller email and we will refund u...
After 2 months of Hardwork...I got my refund confirmation. Now god knows if the money will indeed come back.
Looks like ebays policy is to keep their money in their banks and gain wateva out of oit for as long as i can... I am on of the best category buyers of ebay and have purchased numerous things in US...But in India, 1 thing is for sure I would walk down to the sellers shop but NEVER EVER buy from ebay again...
