Dear Sir,
Iam your ebay cutomer prasadnama92 is my id, i have purchased a moto e3 power mobile phone from the dealer of Shabbeerhf1, Chennai,Tamilnadu on 1st February through you know i have a complaint in my product i have mailed several times with the seller service but every time I receive the same answer that they have mentioned listing on eBay in this item. But he didn't listen my problem,
they can not approved my issue. I have opened a claim under eBay guarantee on 22/2/2017 with the claim ID 2714608. Till date, there as been no positive action in my favour. Iam very disappointed with eBay. Please resolve My issue as early as possible.
