Phone help is useless most of the time. They are unaware of most OF the things. They donot even know the basic functionality of ebay. Whenever you ask them something , either they dont know about it or they will say we will get back to you and never comes back. Agents do not even know normal function of ebay. I have to tell them that you can do this by doing that. eBAY please give them some basic knowlegde ans train them about normal daily FAQs. HOW MANY OF YOU AGREE ?
