Payment to sellers via pay pal

Hello ppl,

Its been almost an year since i have been an active member of baazee now ebay.in. I have always relied on online transaction and 95% of my purchases have been online. lately after ebay took over baazee i have been facing issues regarding online payment.

1. I buy the product, it gives me the option to pay online and i do so.
2. Almost within 2 min i get an invoice from ebay stating i have purchased the product and i need to pay???
3. I get in to MY EBAY and mark the status as payment done.
4. No response from seller or ebay for over 24 hrs.
5. I lodge a complaint with the seller about my purchase withthe paypal transaction to ebay proof. (online bank statement)
6. Seller responds sorry i never got the payment.
7. I lodge a complaint with ebay.
8. I get a webresponse which i cannot reply to.
9. Please note that there is no number / email address / person in ebay i can contact to put across my concern.
10. I navigate ebay website and lodge multiple complaints.
11. The above event has happened twice and the first seller was good that he sent across the item.
12. Now i am still waiting for a response (another 24 hrs that is) from ebay.
13. Are they only gonna accept payment and keep the buyer in cloud? what would any of you expect?
14. Forward the payment to seller or keep it with ebay and if insisted refund back seller (here in this case the sorry buyer is me)
15. I am currently confused, angry, frustrated, & all the most surprised that EBAY the banner does not know how to buy and sell.

I am a microsoft employee and i value product and most SERVICE.. this is something that has bothered me a lot and am sorry if my script is a bit harsh.
