Payment process not complete but amount deduct

tonight i have problem,
I was making payment on Callmate cold laminated screenguard. While the payment process is going It showed the message that "your Paisa pay on line transaction cannot be completed.Please select a different payment type".

The process is not complete But I receive the confirmation from bank and deducted from my account.. Pliz Helpp

i also faced that problem yesterday,my money debit from my credit card but i did not get any confirmation message from ebay. i got this message only


"your Paisa pay on line transaction cannot be completed.Please select a different payment type".

I also pay Rs 935 for "New Replacement Battery for iPhone 3GS 16GB/32GB+8 Tools" Amount is deducted from my account but message from ebay appear

"Your Credit/Debit Card on line transaction cannot be completed.Please select a different payment type"

I have proof of deduction amount as i have Bank Statement too.
