I have used ebay.com many times when I was in USA. It was such a pleasent experience there. Now I am back in India and wanted to give a try to ebay.in. I ordered a mobile from ebay.in and paid by credit card. I got a mail from ebay paisa pay that order has been placed and payment is under process. It may get 24 hours to approve, once approved seller will be intimated to ship the item. It has been more than 50 hours and it is still uder process. Three times I have called customer care, only thing they say 'Don't worry it will get approved. You will get the product in 12 days!'. Are you kidding me ? 12 freaking days?
As per my bank the transactions has been successfully completed by there end. So ebay, where is the problem ? Customer care is not providing any details why it is under process. Why you are keeping transactions under process for more than 2 days and still have guts to say it will take 24 hours more ? Do you think I have no other work to do than following up with you? In todays world of ecommerce this is the worst experience I would say. I would say I have got better experience with flipkart, Amazon and snapdeal. Atleast they do process the transactions fast and inform customer about delays. This is the last purchase from ebay.in, I am not getting my money blocked anymore.
