not picking my items by ebay powership logistic partners

Hi,

on 29/06/13 i received order & shipment assigned to aramex today is 03/07/13 item not yet picked by aramex people.. i called powership people # 022 61248257 and informed them every day also informed same to ebay customer support but no reponse from both of them..

what if i received negative from buyer for not shipping my product..
i am new to powership & i don't have fedex & aramex exact contact no's.
i requested powership customer support team, they said even they don't have local office/people contact no's of their LSP partners..


please do the need full in this issue.
what happens if power ship logistics partners won't pickup my items with in the delivery time ?
If i receive negative feedback from buyer for not shipping their products/items due to powership lsp failure to pickup in time...
after all efforts my loosing my margins due to failure in pickup time...

Please go to above courier company cash counter, and hand over the parcel ASAP. ebay will remove negative mark but not the low rating. so please do it fast and inform the buyer about the issue.

eBay will remove negative feedback only if that is due to shipping delay or damage delivery delay etc.. and non else.
