Payment by Credit Card

I have been paid for an item I have sold by credit card by a buyer a few days back. I have received no confirmation from e-bay about receipt of payment and how will the money be paid to me. I am unable to despatch the item to the buyer for want of receiving payment.
Please clarify. Thanks

Hi bhatialakshman,

If your buyer has paid via PaisaPay, the Rs icon in your My eBay will get highlighted. Simultaneously, you will receive mail from PaisaPay regarding payment confirmation.

PaisaPay ships you money on weekly basis, so this is when you will receive all money due to you.

You have the reply from the best possible source - Sapana.

Just want to add that for high value (2000+) transaction the PaisaPay confirmation often gets delayed as the payment is verified by eBay by phone calls etc. That may be causing the delay in your case. Once the payment is confirmed, your Rs. icon beside the item lits up. Then you are sure of receiving payment and its ok to despatch the item. .
