yes!! there has been problem since 3 weeks . some of buyers couldn't able to make payments.
you can use internet explorer and try .

Made a payment last night ( 11.30 p.m. 25/6 ) with no problem. However cannot make payment just now...there IS a problem with the payment gateway once again.
This occurs too often, eBay.in needs to address this problem ASAP.
