Everybody seems to have overlooked the obvious answer. A TV sold in the USA would be 110 volts and NTSC, as opposed to 230 Volts and PAL. I doubt many TV's sold in the US would be multi-voltage and/or PAL/NTSC/SECAM.

Made a payment last night ( 11.30 p.m. 25/6 ) with no problem. However cannot make payment just now...there IS a problem with the payment gateway once again. This occurs too often, eBay.in needs to address this problem ASAP.

Am answering my own question ! Had this problem for a couple of days, but since I posted my message yesterday, all is back to normal today. Can communicate with sellers once again. So problem must have been with eBay's servers.
