Payback Points got redeemed/ deducted but Final Payment was not successful

I was purchasing Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Vacuum Cleaner from the seller 

I redeemed 9752 points for full payment. After redeemption when I clicked on Final Pay. The payment gateway encountered issue & it was unsuccessful. There is no transaction number issued and nothing was displayed for order tracking.

Only thing happened that all payback points got deducted.

How will I be able to get the refund now??

I need payback points refunded back ASAP.

This payment gateway is pathetic.

Similar problem occurred to me where the transaction wasn't successful but Payback points got deducted.

Now, there is no trace of that transaction inside ebay.

I am facing same problem its 8 days now and no news about may payback points.

Never going to use ebay again.
