I feel cheated using Ebay.in

Recently I tried to purchase a pendrive of Rs 345 from ebay. I applied a coupon after which I paid the remaining amount of Rs 145

Transaction id : BZNIW0

But it showed me the message that transaction timed out.

Now ebay is informing me that they are not able to find the transaction details, when I have already sent the screenshot to Paisa Pay.

I am very confused and I would appreciate suggestions.

Should I file a complaint against ebay to get refund of my money ?

Send your bank account statement showing deduction of amount to ebay and explain the situation. Hopefully it will get resolved. You can also call your bank and let them know the situation and they will talk to the company directly in the worst case.
