I recently ordered a Nokia 2760 mobile and received the same on 14th July, 2012 at 1400 hrs. But according to the packing list which the supplier has given in his offer at ebay a Data Cable is included. But the package I received did not contain this data cable. I have sent an email to the seller for which he has communicated that he is sending it.
So far I have not received it.
I want to know where I should take up this matter in ebay and what is the email address for handling cases of partial delevery?
