I am greatly disappointed with EBay & its policies.
I made purchase of INR 349 for product "ORIGINAL SONY ERICSSON Stereo Hands-free W610i W900i P1" on 16-JUL-2012. Made clear payment.
Seller never shipped my item. When Contacted to seller, he sent message that item is out of stock and he will refund paid amount.
Now even after 1 month, seller has not shipped item nor he has cleared objection/hold for my refund. I have chatted, mailed and called ebay customer support almost 12-15 times, they just tell me to wait for another 24 hrs!
This is complete harassment. When I ask ebay customer support to refund amount as per http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/paisapay-timelines.html timelines policy, executive told me that I'll not receive any refund (even seller has not shipped my item) instead they have asked seller to ship my item. I don't have any option to reject this order.

I think ebay has no time resolve my query OR they have certain tie-ups with old sellers, where ebay can not go against such seller (for sake of business).
Oh God! please save everyone from such horrible ebay refund experience!
Hell with refunds policies!!!
