Paisapay Transaction failure, Money not refunded!

Please refund the money. Why is that I have to ask so many times to get it done. Why can't Ebay be smart? What about the 20-day Guarantee?

I called 5 times on the toll free. They gave me false promises ALL THE TIME!!
I wrote an email to eBay Customer Care. But there is no reply

Why is it so difficult to get my own money back.
Look into the matter and do the needful.

Why don't you refund the money whenever there is a transaction failure. Writing about it to get the money back seems so old fashioned in this generation of 'smart shopping'. But there seems to be no other way.

i have Paid my selling fees Rs.5785 through ICICI Online banking but i didnt get confirmation from ebay however the money is deducted from my account , Please credit it from your end and the ref no is :- 000287593436 amount is :- Rs.5785/-

i have paid using icici bank online transfer on 3rd feb 2012 for rs. 1253 du to some problem it has not been reflected in ebay. my bank account shows Transaction ID for Paisa Pay : 30823705370. Kindly solve the problem or refund d money back
