REQUEST PLEASE DON'T SUGGEST ME TO WRITE THIS PROBLEM THRU "CONTACT US" LINK.
My topic title indicate that already I have done so. I am mentioning the communications I have done thru "CONTACT US" link and Result is "NNNNIIIIILLLLLLLL"

You tell me whom to contact except "Contact Us".

Further request PLEASE DON'T SUGGEST ME TO WRITE THIS PROBLEM THRU "CONTACT US" LINK.

For DD Rs. 400 already I have spend Rs. 100/- for FAX. and wastage my ???idle??? time. And result is Rs. ZERO.

Total "Contact Us" response without any solution below.

Again I have fax it (now 2 times) to 022 56690001 (see scanned letter along with FAX slip).
If it not received by the concerned dept by any means, then I'm sorry I am not able to faxed it. Already I have spent Rs. 75/- (for three times fax) for Rs. 400 and I am not ready to spent more.
If you can issue fresh DD on the basis of Fax Copy then there will be no problem to do the same on the basis of this email (Scan Copy of the authorization letter) also.

Ebay is Good till we didn't face any problem. When any problem arise it became NIGHTMARE to us. Now you people tell me, If I lost my patience at this point or If I became adament, is there anything wrong at my end?????

Thats why all the sellers are shouting about TELEPHONE Support. At least this type of harrashment can be bypassed.


Any way I'll wait for your next remarks.

I do understand that you have faxed us the Authorization Letter
regarding non receipt of PaisaPay payments. On checking with the
concerned department regarding your letter, I have been informed that we
have not received the same.

Further going through our records I have noticed that we did receive
your demand draft undelivered from HDFC bank which was re dispatched
immediately on 28th June 2005 at your registration address. Kindly note
that the concerned team is investigating into the reason for non receipt
of demand draft yet at your end.

I request your patience in this regards, In the interim you I suggest
you to refax us the Authorization Letter once again to us.

I sent three mail to you all regarding the chargeback you have given against paisapay id = 53808631 buyer's user id = funkiran.

As per your requirement for refund the chargeback amount i have sent you a fax on 11/07/05 and inform you by mail that kindly confirm the same but one has come up.

Now i have sent hard copy of the courier company Blue Dart's DRS (Delivery Run Sheet) on which buyer's signature is there with date and time of receiving the goods. This copy was sent on 13/07/05 courier details are as :-

Dated = 13/07/05
Courier = The Professional Courier
Docket No = 131060536

Appart from this when i try to contacted paisapay department by making the phone call there Mr. Sanjay Ramchandini spoken me in a non co-operative manner that i will not answer your any qurry regarding any thing and dont call u again if you want to contact us kindly mail us from the help section and from the help section no one reply so where i go now.

I am seller on baazee and now ebay from last 3years but this change of attitude and miscommunitation comes when baazee become ebay i dont know whey its due to management or any other reason . Its very surprising if we dont get any reply then what happen to buyr's on ebay......????

As per PaisaPay dept, their fax was out-of-order during the period specified by you. So you can try it again by refaxing.
Regarding telephone support it is not started yet, and as per ebay team declaration it will be started soon.
So don't blame Sanjay Ramchandrani, he is very co-operative staff from ebay(Baazee), this is my personal experience.
It will be better to try again with "Cntact Us link", along with the data you provided here.
Hope you will get refund.
