I raised claim id 19653 on 22nd of August but when I contact the ebay customer care they always tell me that claim adjuster is working on the claim.
The claim adjuster took more than a month but still he is working on claim.
I want to know what is time limit for disposal or claim.
If it is 20 days then why my claim is still pending?
Also ebay removed my negative feedback for GEB seller i2c seller so it appears that ebay is biased towards the same seller.
