Hi,
I had paid for item#250030498070 using paisa pay(HDFC direct pay) Paisa pay ID # 17980829597 on 27th Sep 2006.
i contacted the paisa pay support and they said the payment is confirmed , however when i contacted the seller he says he has not yet recieved any demand draft for the same and hence cannot ship my item.
It has been over 12 days since i have paid and another 3-4 days are required to get the item courier ed from orissa to mumbai.
So it is taking almost 20-25 days using paisa pay to get an item
Can you please let me know when the demand draft will be sent or is sent to the seller so that he can ship my item.It is very frsutrating when you had paid such a big amount (almost 20000) and cannot still get your item.
