It doesnt seem that the paisa pay is working properly. I had made a payment of 3600 on 23rd April, but these people did not confirm the payment. I contacted the seller many times about this but since he did not recieve the payment so he was helpless, he was a nice person and helped me and told me how to contact paisa pay. When I called on the number 1800 2232 29 it was tough to get the response moreover when i got through the paisa pay agent then I got the reply as your number was engaged which was a blunt lie, i asked him for a justification that whether my fone was engaged for 3 days then he was speechless and accepted that he might have called only once. I needed the article urgently and even the seller was ready to send that to my in time but because of these paisa pay people i faced a lot of trouble. I cant understand that why cant paisa pay have responsible people and who can talk properly. There shud be some penalties on paisa pay for such type of cases. They didnt clear my payment untill n unless i called them on 26th April and asked them to confirm whatever they want to and clear my payment rite away.
This was not a good xperience with ebay. I feel that they shud be penalised. Its very simple if they cant handle then why r they trying to handle...
