a buyer chackosatheesh1974 had purchased an item thru CC payment today and the paisa pay id for the same is 33627977128 but he called and told me that he does not want the item so i refunded him the amount now i was supposed to receive a remittance for paisa pay id 33564527056 for the user id pappuaji for RS 4272.47 why has the refund money deducted from my remittance this is illegal why has this been deducted from my remittance when i have refunded the buyer and i have not received anything from him
please help me how do i go about this i have called customer care but they are saying the claim is adjusted what is this going on i dont see any claim and claim for what i myself refunded the buyer please help me
