of i had shiiped an item the buyer received the item 2 hrs after he
received he opened a claim item not as described. i asked him to return
the item for exchange he stopped answe...
i faced the same situation 2 days ago. just write an email to the
customer support team with the paisa pay ids that were refunded within 3
working days they will give you a credit in your invoice
