Message: Above items I purchased from jewelsmart_in1.For each item I have paid Rs 149.00 as shiping & handling charges.Items I received in a single cardbaoadr box through the courrier.Payment made by jewelsmart_in1 to courier is Rs 30/-,whereas Rs 149X3=447/- was paid by me.I accept Rs 149/- as shiping & handling charges on present circumstances for all three items,being sent as a single item.As payment is made to Ebay , fraudelant overcharging is stritcly a breach of contact under contract Act.You are requested to refund balance anount Rs (447 - 149)297/-within a week (latest by 23rd April 2005).

I encourage you to try and work this out with the Seller. Usually these
situations can be amicably resolved.
