My Paisapay account is on hold due to "some periodic review" since 7.9.12.
Any idea how long this will last normally? I have already provided all info sought by the team on 19.9.12, yet there has been no update or unholding of payment.
Emails to customer service are not being responded to.
Anyone else has experience of this?

KYC team will not reply. They seem to work on a weekly basis.
The executives on chat will keep telling you that it will keep asking for 24 more hours, as if they will invent objections to the documents within that time.
