PAISAPAY DEDUCTED CHARGEBACK CLAIM AMOUNT of more than 6 month old

today i got mail from ebay that my account has recoverd for chargeback amount for the transaction made on 19th november how you can do it without any information and notice
first of all dtdc courier not provide pod for every transaction, we arrange pod when require but in this case you never demanded same
now after 6 months over how can you charge amount for chargeback when only upto six month customer can claim for chargeback
and six months already over
courier comapany not have any record for this courier if you demand for pod after 1-2 monts of transaction than it may be possible to arrange but after 7 months??? sir /madam please understand this thing
i dont have pod not because company will not provide and also the big proof is customer has confirmed the item confirmation from their end on 28th nov..

this is not my fault at all you guys demanding pod after 6 months that is not possible and legal Nd not possible for me to arrange, it doesnt meant you guys will charge amount from my account what is my fault??? please understand 5500 is big amount for me and i send the product customer confirm the product Nd if chargeback made after 6 months whaT is my fault??? please coroparte in this matter and give solution from your end

Even I have received chargeback for Nov-2012.

ebay did not ask for POD and how can they debit the amount after 7 to 8 months.

eBay paisapay policies says chargeback can be done within 6 months and we can provide POD for the same and get protection.

How can eBay brake its own policies and apply chargeback after 7 to 8 months without asking for the POD.

Item worth 18900/- is already delivered to the buyer and I cannot bear such a huge loss.

Ebay has a seller protection program also. Write to them and wait for their response.
