Sellers have the ability to set any of the buyer requirements and apply to all active and future listings.
In case you wish to disable/activate this, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Buyer requirements section by going to your My eBay >Account Tab> Site preferences> Buyer requirements
Click the check box “Apply above settings to active and future listings.”’

We appreciate your interest in the “Internet & Services” category. I agree eBay has so far focused more on devices as compared to services as they have more demand.
We do agree that ecommerce is an excellent medium to promote internet and services.
To your point on offering help with selling, we do have Account Management services which are offered once the sellers reach a certain threshold / volume of business. We certainly hope that you scale your business in this category post which we would be able to assign you an account manager.
In case you need any help with Selling, you can contact our Customer Support through any of the following options - http://pages.ebay.in/paisapay/phone-support.html

Selecting a courier would depend on the kind of product you are selling and the location where the item is being shipped. Most of our technology seller’s user reputed couriers like Blue dart, TNT, for high value products, Aramax, First Flight & DTDC for low value items/ local shipments.
Sellers usually specify the countries where the item can be shipped; it could be possible that the items you have bought may not be within the scope of seller’s country of shipment. It’s always advised to check with the seller before purchasing the item.

Raj

We understand that in certain cases the buyers would be charged with national courier rates, this happens when the pin codes are not updated in our system.
I wish to assure you that our Product team is in process of updating the database and this would be soon taken care of.

Raj

This will happen only in cases where an international buyer purchases an item from you as he would go through a different checkout flow.
India registered users will not be able to purchase items through any other payment option if PaisaPay is the only payment option offered by you in your listings.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice. Our Trust & Safety team has reached out to these sellers requesting them to provide the invoice copies which would indicate the authenticity of the items, failing to which necessary action will be taken.

We also thank you for your feedback on our Seller protection policy & Guest checkout.

If you recently listed an item or revised a listing, it might not appear immediately when you search or browse. Although listings are generally searchable within 24 hours, to help make eBay a safe place to buy and sell, there are times when this might take longer.
This time is taken to review the items and verify the authenticity of the product listed. Below mentioned link will provide you more information on this
http://pages.ebay.in/help/search/questions/wheres-my-item.html
You can write to our Trust & Safety team ( inrswebhelp@ebay.com) in case there’s any delay in the item appearing in search results.
Regards
Raj
