We now understand that the pickup call can not be initiated by the seller and it has be done by the buyer only. Is there any toll free no which we can advise to the buyers where they can register their pickup calls?
Also, one of our buyer i.e. "callsign40" had left the negative feedback while seeking item replacement but thereafter he is not responding to our email and when we tried to call him the we found out the no given through eBay is also wrong. We had sold to him a brand new sealed pack item with bill & manufacturer national warranty. Can eBay help us in contacting the buyer and removing the same feedback?

In case any damages do you ever ask the buyer to send a picture of the damaged part for a proof of claim?
If you are approving a Return/refund with out a proof, how your team can judge a claim? Because you are playing with sellers/buyers money(not yours). Buy branded tools at cheaper prices from http://stores.ebay.in/machpowertools

Yes, the complaint would need to be registered by the buyer. As a seller, you can advise the buyer to call on our Toll free number which is 1800 209 3229.
With respect to your concern on the negative feedback, I'm escalating this to our Trust and Safety team and they would get back to you with an update.

We understand that most couriers do not pick up coins and notes ( negotiable instruments )and in such cases,the buyers can arrange for the return shipment and eBay will reimburse the courier charges to the buyer.
