As per your mail our poweship was scheduled to activate on 18 Jan 13. But today is 23 Jan 13. Our powership is not activated yet and we have received our packing material also. Yesterday we have already sent mail to you regarding this. we did'nt receive any reply from you yet. Please do the needful to activate powership for our ebay account.
We are really disappointed.

Thanks for the question again. Only transactions flagged for PowerShip can be shipped through the PowerShip program.
Upon activation, PowerShip transactions will appear in Seller "My PaisaPay" account and under โPowerShip Unshippedโ section. As a seller you will be able to view the Logistics Service Provider assigned for the transaction and you will also be able to indicate when you are ready to ship the item by either printing a label or clicking on Ready to Ship button.
Basis the Ready to Ship action, you will receive a pickup from the respective Logistics Service Provider who will collect the consignment and connect it to the buyer location / destination.

Within PowerShip if any of our Logistics Service Providers do no service the buyer location, the order is automatically sent to the seller as a non PowerShip transaction.
You can then fulfill the transaction by your own courier solution or option.
Currently there is no option to select transactions that you ship through PowerShip or send it through your own solution. All eligible transactions will automatically be assigned under PowerShip.

eBay PowerShip system automatically decides the best possible courier partner based on the item value, courier serviceability (buyer and seller side) and the shipping mode selected during payment.
All courier assignments work towards providing our buyers a faster delivery with lowest cost to sellers.
At the moment, we do not have a feature to support your request to have a courier preference set by you in your eBay account. But we are constantly exploring better options to help make selling on eBay better and faster. We will definitely update you once we have this feature.
