I have sent a mail to Trust and Safety regarding my claim mo: 1009958. No one hs replied yet. I keep getting replies from Ebay chat that in 24hrs I wil get a reply. Can u tell me how do u work? Its been 2 months, my amount is blocked now..

I am sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. From the infomation and details you provided it seems you have not escalated the dispute for a claim under the buyer protection within the 90 days. If a user after lodging the complaint doesnot close or escalate to a claim the system would automatically close after the stipulated time

Dear Mr. Sharat,
My user id is cybersumit, I have not received the Paisapay payment for Rs. 7334/- for the period ending 20.09.2006. I have escalated the matter on mail to Paisapay customer support with no reply, then I contacted on live chat only to know that it is on hold for the reason that I have to send the Proof of Delivery for the subject transaction. Now you may be aware that POD of the couriers are generally received after 20-30 days from the date of Dispatch. Now please help me in this issue as a huge amount has been blocked.

The timelines for our Buyer Protection is 90 days and from the various posts you have made it looks like there has been progress on the interactions

I am also suprised to note that your bank didnot allow you get a chargeback on your credit card.

Though you are interacting with the Customer Support, I will once again forward your concerns for faster process of your claim

I am already mentioned in my earlier post and share the understand the concerns of spam emails

Yes I agree we need to close at buyer verification at the time of registration and not at the time of purchase and our product team is working on it and should be able to update on this feature by the early next year.

Regarding SMS verification we have already enabled this functionality and sellers can restrict buyers who are not verified and direct them to SMS verification. This would also block fraudulent users from outside India

The feedback regarding PaisaPay will be forward to the team

We take action against who don’t complete their transactions by either not allowing further purchases or by suspending them

To reduce upi and to get verified users I recommend you user “Buyer Requirements “ and this should help you in reducing the upi’s
