Hi, Sharat ,

Its nice to see you on th board after a lon time .

Sir let me put my observations and questions one at a time
1. In the parent site , that is ebay.com , a seller can select his payment method and write cleraly wlong with the Logos etc. of Western Union , Bidpay etc. etc .

So why we Indians are not allowed to use them ?

Let a Seller aftr getting a minimum number of feedbacks be allowed to use tehm.

My Second observations/question , Sir ,

Why in certain cases of Gross manipulation / Violation of major Ploicy matters , T&S team keeps sleeping , even after the matter is reported over n over .

Are some Sellers more equal than others ? Please telll mt the criteria for bcoming one ?

Hi Sharat ,

Why the T&S team (overseas) is perpetualy after some establiehed Seler's lives at Indian site ?

The same policy violations by overeas user's is simply overlooked and the Indian Selleres penlised and suspended - without even a warning !!

I think its being highly unfair and the real justice is denied to the Seller as it is delayed - for more than 90 days for reinstatement of the Sellers .

Hi Sharad,

I recently won a bid for Nokia N80 for Rs12000/- + Rs.70 as shipping charges. (EBAY ITEM Number : 110029258710). I got a call from the seller who asked me to transfer the money to his ICICI account. I did the same over the net.

However, I was astonished to see that instead of Nokia N80, I found only a peice of cardboard in the envelope that he sent.

I have been trying to contact the seller via phone / email, but no luck.

I have already filed fraud on Ebay.

Please suggest me, on how to proceed on this.

This complaint i am giving because you people have suspended my friends account without mentioning a valid reason .
the id of account is : srinilayam
My friend brough a projector [ New in box Mitsubshi 1300 Ansi home theater projector
NEW DLP HDTV Projector[item number: 330024018873 ] on september 5th through paypal. she paid $700 . Surpisingly within few days her account got suspended without any valid reason. Till today she did not get the projector, and the seller was informed by the ebay that the account is under suspension.
BUYER MUST BE CAREFUL THAT EBAY MAY SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT IMMIDIATELY AFTER YOU PURCHACE ANY THING WITH HUGE AMOUNTS.
SO far she faxed her identity and other documents to ebay for reinstatemnt of the account, but ebay people say they are waiting to recieve those documents.
Ebay has no customer care center to talk directly by phone and they are not accepting documnets through email.
There is lot of fraud going on ebay particulary with international orders and shipping. Ebay is seller friendly,
My friend is not allowed to participate in this discussion, because har account is under suspension

she is asking ebay through me,
what kind of action are you going to take on the seller : hometheaterenterprise ; who is trying to chaeat.
how can she get her $700 back
why wbay is so insecure
why is not supporting customers./
why there are many cheats are there?
why there are many items present in the diplay even after they are removed.

Hi Sharat,
I had purchased a smartphone with Item no: 190012999977.
I got a confirmation from PaisaPay (id: 17353465924). I dint receive the product even after repeatedly calling the seller ( dealz.4u). Finally I requested a claim. (Hart N. Claim # 1009958) I got a reply saying that the seller cant be contacted, so nothing can be done. Pls contact the credit card company for the refund.The credit card company has to provide " Proof of Denial". The bank says they dont issue such letters. It is mentioned in the policies that PAISAPAY BUYERS will get refund.
Let me know what can be done. I have faxed the rqd documents twice, I never receive a reply from Trust and Safety Team. The chat ppl say , u wil get a reply in 24hrs. But it has already been 2 months now. Pls fix this problem, let me know when would I get the refund?

MY QUESTION IS: IS THIS WHAT U CALL "BUYER PROTECTION" ?
IF YOU DONT TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER, WHOM HAVE I TO GO TO? I AM TAKING THIS ISSUE TO THE PRESS AND MEDIA, IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND ( RS. 26398/- )

Hi Mr. Sharat,

This is Reg. Item.No.7619191974 Name of the Machine Devlieg CNC Jig Mill we have won from e-bay from 1Machinery Sales, California.

We have won this Machine in the Month of May, 2006 & since 4 month we are struggling with them to take the dimension of the machine to deside about the container & finally it has moved to LA Mchinery movers, California & we have already paid them dismantling & loading charges & now the machine is ready for shippment, the problem is no one is filling the Export document for the shippment, the LA Machinery movers, Ms.Maria she said she is not going to fill the export document, now who has to do the export formalities ?

Pl. inform 1Machinery sales or LA Machinery movers Contact Phone nos are given below to complete the export documentation so that at least now we can ship the machine to Bangalore.

The above machine is ready for shipment & the export documentation has to be done from the seller & now we are in touch with LA Machinery moving Ms.Maria & she is not accepting to do the export documentation.

Pl. help us out in filling the export documentation so that the machine will be loaded into the container will be shipped to Bangalore.

Note to E-bay : We have won the above machine from ebay & the payment we have sent immediately & dismantling & loading charges also separately we have sent to LA Machinery moving. Since beginning there is no communication from 1machinery regarding any of the matter & once they have send the Bank details to transfer the amount & after that is it not there duty to send it to our place after taking the amount for dismantling & loading everything.

Now the problem is our machine is with LA Machinery moving & they are not doing the export documentation they else has to do this documentation.

I bought this item-180025749346 on 10th Sept'06 through paisapay ID-17838521423 And paymen sent by credit card on 10.09.06,but to day is 29th Sept'06 till now I didn't received my item, I have already 5-10 mails sent to the seller by ebay on this matter but not reply from the seller, Presently the seller status is showing as " Your payment has been rejected by paisapay" -In this resons my credit card authority informed me that my payment already been sent to the seller by paisapay on that day.
This is my first deal with ebay,but I never face any problem before this. Just clearly explain me what is the problem ? Please take response early as possible.--prasanta_72 A/c ID- E 409391382044-INR
