Its a pleasure to find someone from the T & S team to be on board as this is the need of hour.
I would first request you to keep a timely check on new Id's which spam our inboxes with offers to visit their sites and do off eBay transations.
I have seen that your team harasses only sellers who have just started with good sales report ( One myself) in past 2-3 months.This actully burns the spirit of boosting good sales here.
I was not given any reason for suspension/account on hold for more than 7 emails to your T & S (Safe Harbour)for limits to my account for more than a month.
I was asked to send FAX to Australia just because my buyer was based there. This seems that eBay doesn't take in account where the seller is based. After sending you the requires Doc I was not even assined a reason for limits to my account.
Please take strict action aganist NEW bidder who would not complete the auction payment even after repeated remianders and mails for UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE.
I hope that we would not receive a generic reply here

I get these type of spam messages! I have attached some of the spam messages with this post. Some people from china are using eBay accounts to send spam. New sellers may become victim.

I request the Trust & Safty team to investigate and take appropriate actions.

Also eBay.in can give an announcement to members of eBay.in to ignore these type of messages.

You can click it and report it as seller offered to sell outside ebay. Even from your inbox you can click it bcz it does not ask you to login to report the spam.

I have till now received more then 1000 such chinese spammer emails which I always report to T&S. And after doing such good work I get a Notice with alerts!!!:

Hello Mr. Sharat!!

My suggestion is :

If a powerseller is
suspended then there should be one criteria on which the seller can be back on
site:

Criteria : If 10 buyers
vote for that seller that the seller is geniune then seller's id should be
reinstated on that basis. In this case buyer ratings should be more than 100 and
buyer has to be registered and transacting on eBay for atleast 2 yrs. time
period. Also those buyers ratings should also be there in the feedback profile
of seller. Also eBay International should have no rights to suspend a seller
from eBay India. Tell me does eBay India has any rights to suspend a seller or
buyer outside India then why eBay International has this kind of rights ?

I sold a product on ebay but have still not received payment for it.

When i sent an email to ebay they informed me that he was not a registered user.

1. How can I protect myself from such buyers?

2. How long should I wait for payment if he says he is sending a demand draft?

3. How can I find out a genuine buyer?

4. Can I block such buyers from entering transations with me?

Since Nov 2005, I have been listing prepared slides for teaching in vain It is a banned item!!! This is certainly a wrong policy of e-bay and needs to be rectified immediately-not in 2-3 months time. Prepared slides are absolutely essential for teaching microscopey at all levels including schools colleges and university Bio-Science,Biotechnology, Agri-Vet-Medical sciences.

Due to this lack I was forced to enlist on ebay.com
Ours is the principla product for sales to Indian gratuates and institutions. We had 3500 customers. We took the help of e-bay and have lost a lot of time and energy. We have several spontaneous letters of product appreciation and we are the winners of 6 prestigious awards including from CII, IAPSO-UN purchase, etc.
I hope you would quickly review this banned item and allow it to belisted in India/ Regds

Dear sir,
1.recently i purchased an item for which I paid using paisapay,but the trasaction is yet to be verified- after a full 5 days! to say that this is ridiculous is falling real short.I can purchase an item 10 times that value using my credit card in a matter of seconds at a local store and here we have 21st century internet trasactions taking nearly a week!i could have sent a cheque or DD in 2 days and closed the deal.I dont think I will be using paisapay ever again.
2.i read some horror stories regarding items bid/bought from other countries where the buyer had to pay import duties and fines that amounted to many times more than the item's actual worth...why is ebay not warning people not to buy/bid on items from other countries?

I had attended a seminar of ebay at reliance web world, Churchgate where I was granted a free promotional listing for the period of 10 days [50 listing, and a minimum of 10 listings account was eligible] My account was elligible for this criteria and I had already paid my fees last month, where I was told that my free promotional listing fees will be creditted next month. I had written 5 emails to Mr Elvis, eBay Customer Support , but till date I have only got one reply that too when I was said last month, to pay my fees and the credit will be adjusted next month. Till date i have not received my credit of fees.

Here I cannot understand one thing, that when one person fails to pay his fees for a single month you keep his account on hold or suspend his account, and who is going to pay for your mistakes.

Hi,

Always you are protecting buyers and not sellers. This should be other way. I have few querries regarding this.

Firstly you do not allow downloadable products to be listed. I think this is unfair for Indians as ebay.com allows these kind of listing.

Ebay is loosing its business by not listing the above items from sellers. I made other arrangements to list such items on my own site and promoting my site in India and in the world. So obviously many sellers are doing such practices to sell their products. I am not listing such items on ebay as ebay is not permitting this.

So ebay is not at all supporting sellers. WHATEVER YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED WORLDWIDE, BUT IN INDIA YOU HAVE TO CHANGE.

Also you must ban the user who order for an item and do not pay. Your fee structure is like that you debit the fee immediately irrespective of the buyer has paid or not. Seller has to do lot of things in this case. It is clear that ebay don't care for sellers. Too much time is wasted to bring in dispute after 7 days (without forgetting) and again closing the dispute (also without forgetting) after 7 days to get the debited fee credited to our accounts. THIS IS TOTALLY wrong. You must debit the fees when buyer pays for the item and not before that.
