Is anybody even listening on ebay. I see all these people with so many issues. Can you beleive what happened to my ID. First I am given the status of seller of the month.....that too several times. Ebay then pulls down 3 of my listings saying I have put my PAYPAL ADDRESS and I am circumventing ebay fees. Those items were 1 Re item by the way and I had no intentions of saving a 5paisa fees on it.....CAN YOU BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NOW.....THEY SUSPEND MY ID AND CLOSE MY SHOP...MY HARDWORK DOWN THE DRAIN........No phone call or anything vis a vis ebay calling almost everyday talking about their marketing strategies.
I was just shocked when they did that. Guys I was just telling the outside India buyers about my PAYPAL Address which unfortunately is your email address only so somebody without even reading the whole line about PAYPAL closed my listings saying i am avoiding 5 paisa liting fees, remember this was just mistake and only in 3 of my items. Do you have any answer for THIS!!!!
I would really appreciate getting a response as nobody else could say anything.

Today i have received misguiding response from your customer support team.
My problem is clear. I have purchased two pieces of same item (220015498712). First on 11/08/2006 and second on 15/08/2006. And paid for both times on the date of purchase. But your faulty system showed only 1 item as paid. In my previous response i have provided with all bank confirmation regarding this.
Just go through response of Your customer care(?) executive and you will come to know how hopeless, careless and misguiding respose is given. The response contants unnecessary information also. Following is the communication from your executive.

I hope u consider my problem as a mandatory Upgradation of ebay Customer Care ... i m feeling very uncomfortable when no one come forward to solve my problem since 2 days so i think i should say k u should upgrade ur Customer Care Center for quick reply to customers and also i would like to sell Gray Cloth on ebay so i want a new catagory for that purpose.. i m find it difficult where should i put on, so please reply to me in this matter

Thanks for introducing many new sub-categories in your gems listing section. I have one suggestion.
In the gems category, there are sub-categories for many gems according to their shapes. One of those shapes is Emerald cut. The sub-category is shown as "Emerald". This may be a bit confusing for the new buyers surfing to buy Emerald. If you rename this sub-category of shape as "Emerald-Cut" or "Emerald Shaped" then it will solve this problem. .

I have one suggestion that in the SERVICES/REAL ESTATE CATEGORY, ASTROLOGY IS ALSO LISTED. I think, Astrology should be listed either in religious healing or a seperate category. Matching with real estate and other services, in not a good combination. If I wish to list something in the astrology then it comes with real estate and immediately message comes NO DUTCH ITEMS OR RESTRICTED ITEMS What is all about?

I am a seller. I have had very bad experience regarding selling on ebay and no, not because of buyers but because of ebay itself.
1. I am paying more than Rs 4000 per month as fees to ebay.in.
2. I have made good reputation with my buyers, I have compensated them even if it was a loss for me.
a.Because I had faith that once sales picks up everything will move smoothly.
b.Because I thought ebay team will help me market my shop once 2 months are over and this will lead to more sales.
3.My items are cosmetics items and as we all know these have to be given descripion to sell
4. Ebay team removes my listings if descritption or the contents in a product are described. And in description I also give the properties of each element in it so that buyers can know its use.
5. I am selling Avon products for which I am a beauty adviser and they are not available in shops.Thats a all woman company and I am selling these.
6.My listings and as such my shop became inactive on 21st and I got and email from customer service that I have been restricted from selling for one day because of listing violation.That was because I mentioned Alopeocia in Biotiques Bhringraj hair oil. I am only giving the property of the ingrediant for which it is known. Anyways done so , but to my surprise not only selling restriction for one day, all my more than 700 listings have been removed also the selling manager pro is not working, the sales I made this month are all gone, the ones I completed as well as pending ones.
7.21st, 22nd and today, the shop is still unavailable, I dont know how come ebay's one days is 72hours long?
8.Despite lots of emails no replies from customer service!!
9. All my money has gone waste, ebay has no consideration for honest seller's.
10. Now and then we hear in TV news that some porn CD is being sold on ebay , how can this happen? Why ebay is not able to block these people? Why only honest ones? Mine is a simple all women shop where you get all your cosmetics like a general store next door!
11.I also have some doubts about the shop not activated.
a. Either they(ebay) have mistakenly deleted all my listings and are not able to find them in there system.
b. Because of my constant emails they are taking some kind of revenge, like some people get annoyed by asking again and again if not getting a reply.
c. I have to ask because the money I am paying to ebay is not free. it doesnot grow on tree. A loss is a loss and I will be concerned.
Now a few suggestions to ebay to get more sellers.
1. Improve your customer service.
2. There should be an ebay registered adress available with contact numbers. Why ebay hides its regitered address? Why cant they have a helplile or a call centre?
For my listings I can do one thing which should be ok with ebay.
1. I can give a disclaimer in each listing for buyers to see stating that the description is as provided by the Brand and ebay or myself is not responsible.
2. I can dedicate one webpage in providing detailed Disclaimer from ebay and my side.
3. I can hire a advocate to write legal disclaimer which cannot be contested by anyone in court.
This should legally be ok with ebay and hope to have a reply from ebay on this matter. Also expect ebay to activate my shop.

Now the buyers are following a new tactic. Whatever product we sell, some buyers click the product to buy and select other payment option. Immediately after that they will mail us saying, " i am staying in nigeria, but i have come to Uk or (some place) for a business trip so i cannot send this product to my friend in nigeria. So kindly send this product to Nigeria, i can pay whatever the shipping charges might be. Then they will ask our bank information. After that they themselves will send a fraudalent emails in the name of the bank stating, the account transfer is in progress. Again after two days, we will get a mail from them saying, kindly despatch the product and send us a copy of the receipt. Money transfer is already in process and you will get the money to your account in 48 hours."
This is called as phishing. Whatever product i have listed in the site are purchased by these fraud buyers. But unwantedly i need to pay fees to ebay.
Please somebody should take care to stop all these.
