Dear Sir,

I would request you to consider to open a phone line for all the sellers -- may be with some time limit. Specially, when one faces blocked registration or suspension or any allegation against him. Even the prisoners facing capital punishment charge- too, have a chance to plead their reasons and innocence. At eBay, once charged -- No chance at all of ANY fast communication -- for expressing the self defence instantly.

Myself, had to wait long eight / ten days ( holidays -- peak 'Durga Puja' / 'Dushera' sale period ) to prove my contact number is correct and had to send thrice all the supporting documents by fax (that costs!! ) losing chance of tremendous business. My fault was, -- as it appeared, -- one ring from eBay was not replied properly by some of my relatives, when I was busy with my son having suffered a severe heart attack and was in hospital !!

Please Sir, give your sellers a chance to talk directly, -- i.e. a phone link -- !! Please consider Sir !!!

I hope ebay team will give a positive response to my post.

Dear Sir, In august we got free international day and not just jewellery sellers i hope all other sellers must have got a very good business in that time period, whenever ebay team declares free international listing day it gives positive response.

My sales were trippled during the period till august. But soon after that no orders and no good sales my business has come very very down. Please I request you Sir to make just one free international listing day in a month atleast for jewellery sellers this will really help us in getting good business.

I request to you please announce one free international listing day for november this would be real diwali gift for all ebay sellers.

i would like to suggest onething. that is whenever a buyer reports an item not received or not as described, you have to seriously look into the matter and see that buyer gets either full refund or the exact product.

Thank you for taking the time to post your questions and feedback on the boards. Over the next one hour I will try my best to answer all your queries. Please excuse me if i take a little time to type out responses as there are already many questions out there. Also , if i am unable to complete all the responses within teh hour, i will definitely come back on the boards over the weekend or have someone from our team ensure that you get answers to whatever you have asked.

1. Sellers using fake ids to bid on their own items to raise the prices is what we call 'Shill Bidding'. eBay takes these offences very seriously. We have backend systems to help us identify any potential shill bidding. eBay takes action against offending sellers which includes suspending the sellers.

2. Once a seller is suspended, he is not allowed to create new accounts and be active on those. Again, we have systems to track such activity. In addition, when a seller creates a new account, his feedback score will not be carried over.

3. I sincerely apologize for the bad experience you have had during the migration. We tried our best to resolve any open dispute cases on baazee during the migration. Going forward, I would request buyers to help us identify non performing sellers by opening a dispute. This can be an Item Not Received dispute, where you have paid for the item and have not received it, or a Significantly Not As Described dispute, whre the item you received was not what was described (as happened in your case). Based on the resolution or otherwise of the dispute, we take action against the offending party. Regards
