this time i see the real face of the CUSTOMER CARE,its pathetic.First Mr AASHISH(BAD GUY) without checking denied my claimed on 7th Feb.Then i tried on phone,email and ebay- portal no body response properly,my reply to AASHISH mail on 10th Feb--no response from ebay-side.I keep trying with urs phone support team its click on 22-Feb-11 that i return the product to ICC worlwide mention Paisapay-id and Item No.Next day i do as per advised and reply the mail with POD detail & POD_SCAN.no one revert back.i again call to phone support team and get the confirmation regarding the mail with the POD-DETAIL POD-SCAN image .Surprise-The ICC worldwide deny to accept the parcel,when i contacted phone support they told me to re-send the same to ICC worldwide again.Today dt 09-March-11, i am resend the phone to same address,when i am trying to update the POD details to urs executive,the reply is that he will call back to me in 15 min,but that 15 min over many hours back -its too much for me-------------
