It seems ebay doesn't care for its sellers.This is personally my worst experience with any customer care.

We upgraded our store to premium in Dec2010.And i confirmed it thrice with ebay reps over phone,mail as well as on chat that there is no insertion fee being charged for premium store holders.And in case if it is being charged,its credited back in next invoice, which never happened.

Since then, i have spent over 25 hrs,talking to 15 different people, written 20 emails, sent 24000 itemids in sets of 5000 each, 7 times now,there is no result.And we are still being asked "Your issue is unclear.Please write about this in detail."

This is pathetic.I explained my issues from scratch to each and every representative i talked to, because they donot seem to have any records of past conversations.

They did not seem to be willing to work on my account to find out itemids for which i was expecting credit.So i spent days to figure it out, and sent it to them.But still no result.

Could anyone please advice, how can i get my hard earned money back?

Any kind of help will be really appreciated.
