But suddenly I found that I am unable to list Pen Drives and memory cards for selling. I talk to customer Care several times and at last I came to know that there is a limit put in my account from listing more pen Drives and memory cards.
I was severely affected due o this block because I was unable to list more items and edit increased prices of these itms. I started refundng money to buyers and when i increased I removed all my listings.
I ask Ebay whether s it not its responsibilty to inform sellers about such limits or not. What is he use of Ebay to me now.

This is my request that please do something, so that sellers get back confidence in your system.
You pamper arrogant buyers but unregister buyers with good track record.
I am sorry to point this out. And I am not telling this off hand. I speak only the truth from my own bitter experience.
Where is eBay heading to?

we would like to know why there are limits placed on selling memory cards,
Does ebay allow its employees to sell and if so can ebay provide the list of sellers who are employees as well, since many sellers feel something is going on
can you inform us why when sellers with 4.3 star rating and 92% are allowed to sell many sellers with 98% and 4.6 star ratings ac are restricted(it happened to us as well)
why is ebay not reconsidering providing a chance for the seller and the buyer to communicate before a buyer leaves a negative feedback?
hope these would be answered since many would await the answers for these questions

Please improve/implement Seller Protection
Stop judging sellers performance on the basis of Feedback or if you continue to do so please consider 'No Feedback' as a positive feedback after a certain timeout
And please be clear About proof of delivery
Your policy says
Requirements on Delivery Proof
1.
The Delivery Proof should be in the form of:
*
Proof of Dispatch in case the shipment is trackable online on the website of the shipping company or
*
Signed Proof of Delivery from a shipment company in case the shipment is not trackable online
2.
The Proof of Delivery should mention the buyer’s full address.
3.
In case of Delivery Proof submitted in form of signed Proof of Delivery, it should mention recipient’s name and phone number
4.
The Proof of Dispatch or the Proof of Delivery provided for this purpose should have the same Airway Bill number as mentioned in the “Shipment Details” in PaisaPay Facility.
5.
In case of Transaction Price of an item exceeding Rs. 2,500/- the shipment must be trackable online.
6.
Seller should mention the PaisaPay ID / Item id & Buyer id on the Delivery Proof

I am not at all satisfied with the EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR SELLERS.
q
Every time i ask the details about my account manager for daily deals promotions and listing upgrades,it always end up in vain.
A guy from customer support told me that i have been appointed a account manager who will be calling you shortly,its been 3 months no call have been received.
The person who is responsible for daily deals does not answer my call.
Buyers complain about payment gateways,they are not able to buy my item.
Please look into the matter and if possible guide me how to get into daily deals.

As many sellers are complaining about the decision taken by CRF is wrong. I am also agree with them. From the start of CRF I seen that not a single case we won. Not a single buyer replied in CRF still case we lost. I think the way which CRF members are voting is completely unfair.
So I will request Kindly close this CRF and launch again that our oldest community court.

One more thing I want to inform you that why you not create category for other well known brands like Forme Mobile, Lephone Mobiles, Onida Mobiles etc... as they are well selling brands on eBay.
Due to High FVF buyers are asking us to provide discount. How will we handle them?

3Lakhs not yet received from COD? Mr. Kashyap do you think is this fair? Because in a market not a single distributor will wait more than 7 days after selling goods. But here?
Please do something to avoid such cases.
