Dear Community Members,

I am Huzaffa Khokhar, Manager - PaisaPay for eBay India.

Under this role, my team is responsible for PaisaPay Operations which includes Payment processing (Seller Remittances, transaction processing, KYC, refunds) & eBay guarantee*. Recently, we have made enhancements to our eBay guarantee* processes by introducing return shipping.

I will be present on the Community Boards for an Open House Session on 14th July 2011, 4-5 PM.

I will encourage you to post your thoughts, comments and suggestions on this thread.

I am looking forward towards this meeting and I hope to gather lot of useful feedback from you.

Dear rituraj1,

As mentioned in my earlier posts, wherever we identify cases where the sellers are not at fault, the penalty is not levied. And I would strongly recommend sellers to highlight such cases to us with relevant proofs if required and we will reverse the penalty charges.

We understand the need of a shipping solution and our teams have been working on this. We would keep the community posted as and when we have updates on the progress.

Thanks for your suggestions and inputs on introducing a slab wise fee structure. Currently the PaisaPay fee structure is based on the payment options, however at this point of time; we believe that this is the right structure however if need be, we would evaluate this in the future.

Dear amitava123gems,

Sellers do have an option of cancelling the transaction before entering the shipping details where the buyers need not wait for the closure of the PaisaPay timelines and get faster refunds.

Dear mmzaheen,

At the outset, I would like to thank you for your valuable suggestion on receiving daily remittances. We have been making service enhancements to PaisaPay for eg. we have done certain process changes such that the remittance done on Monday’s and Thursday’s have a higher chance to get credited into the sellers account on the same day.

Currently there are no plans to initiate remittances on a daily basis, we would keep the community informed in case of any developments.

For transactions paid with PaisaPay, you receive your remittance (buyer's payment less PaisaPay facility charges and taxes) after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item or if the item is treated as received.

However, based on your performance as a seller and your selling history, you can be eligible for receiving money from PaisaPay on entering shipping details.

and send your request to your Account Manager or Customer support.

To your post on making changes to the PaisaPay SMS's, as I mentioned in my earlier posts, due to character limitations, it would not be feasible to capture all the information pertaining to a transaction.

We do understand your need of having access to relevant information and hence will explore the possibility of making changes as suggested.

I would urge you to send us the details of the transactions whereby the buyers have been suspended, you have not received any alerts and the penalty charges have been levied. I would ask my team to look into this.
