Vijay has just left the workshop, however, I will try and find answer to your questions:
if a buyer files for INR, the PaisaPay team will provide at least 5 days for the seller to contest the buyer's refund claim. In this specific case, if a buyer files an INR on 5th morning, and receives the product on 5th evening, the seller can provide the proof of delivery to PaisaPay on 6th or 7th. In such cases, money will not be refunded to the seller.
In any case, if there is an issue becuase of which you are not able to provide Proof of delivery, despite the buyer having received the product, please contact PaisaPay team, and they will do their best to support you and resolve your issue.
