Not receiving Paisapay SMS on Tata docomo number

Dear ebay, please note that since last 2 days I am not receiving any Paisapay SMS on my Tata Docomo mobile number. Please do the needful.

Even after 5 days this issue still persists and ebay cares to do nothing about it, not even a reply or acknowledge of the problem, nothing at all.

Surprisingly just the other day ebay director Mr. Kashyap V. give the sellers a big lecture on "what is customer satisfaction".

i had a talk with customer care. they replied that there is some technical work around going on thats why the sms service is affected. they told that the same is expected to be resolved by friday evening. i am facing this problem for last 1 week.

It is now 10 days since I posted this issue, ebay is so careless that they have not even posted one reply nor had the courtesy to apologize for this issue. They could have easily said which mobile service is working so that we could have switched our cell nos in paisapay but ebay chose to do nothing about it. The surprising part is that ebay has not even acknowledged this issue on the "Announcements" page. I must that every time ebay sets a new bottom low in customer care.

Sir our buyers not receiving item shipped email and which is creating lots of problem to us as we have to listen many words from buyers. And we complaint same several times to ebay through email, phone & chat. But still problem going from last 12 days. Ebay is really becoming very careless. Before pink were replying in every topic/post, but these days no one is felling to reply.
