As I am not having Credit card I have requested the seller through ebay to suggest for alternative mode of payments.
On 10th July 2009 I have received the following mail

Seller has responded to your question about this item
Sorry for replying late due to I am out of station. You could not pay through credit card is because of the problem occurred in PaisaPay system.
You can either transfer the money through I-Banking to the following account:

Dear Basavaraj,

Click the "Contact Us" Link on top left Hand corner.

Choose Category " Buying & Finding" & Click Continue.

Select Step 1 SubTopic "Fraud/Payment Concerns".

Select Step 2 Sub Topic " You paid for an item, but never received it".

Then click "Email Us".

Item Number you are reporting "2......."

Date of Payment.

Payment method.

Explain how you made the payment in "Enter Related Info" Box.

& Tick " Send a copy to my email address."

As eBay has Buyer Protection, your money will be refunded or item will be sent by the Seller.

1. Contact the seller through email, 'Ask seller a question' link on the item page that you purchased, conatct number (which can be requested from eBay). I see that the seller has 6 positive feedbacks for transactions done recently and from different buyers purchasing similar products.
2. If you fail to receive any further communication from the seller, you may file an 'Item not received' dispute here.
3. Lastly, as guided by Ashok (basco4u) in the below post , you may contact our Customer Support team who are always ready to serve you.
