Not happy with the product quality

Hi,

i have purchased 1 unit of 4800 W Big D-Boss Home Theatre Speakers - 4 Channel item reference no.(5810392488). on checking the same the quality seems to be very much inferior.

I need to return back the same and want my money back.

can some one take this matter serious and email me on bgmudhol@yahoo.com

Hi,

Instead of writing on the forum wouldn't it be better to contact the seller first if you have problem with the product.

I suppose rating the seller -ive and then writting on the forum is not the right approach.

You have not communicated even once with us.

You have just given us -ive rating wherein we have asked you send back the speakers for refund, what other serious response are you looking for.

Hi,
I agree that its important to contact the seller first for any dispute and then put the -ve feedback. Also bgmudhol has not put any feedback for his other deal where he recd a +ve FB.
The only problem is that, in general, if a product is really inferior / not as per listing then the buyer has to bear the return courier charge without any fault of his own.
May be within a few years ebay will arrange for video clippings to be attached to the listing (it may be troublesome in present circumstances). That may reduce such problems.

This buyer has made a mockery of the Feedback System of eBay by asking the Seller to refund in the comments of his negative feedback. There are better ways of contacting seller like giving mail through the registered email of the seller or via eBay, which the buyer seems to be unaware of. This is his first purchase and obviously he is ignorant about the rules and the gravity of a negative feedback to a genuine seller (who even after getting a negative feedback) is ready to refund.

I suggest in case of such ignorant buyers (say with a feedback score less than five or ten) there should a policy of reversal of Negative Feedback by eBay, otherwise sellers will continue to suffer.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ristcomputers,HOW CAN U RATE ANYBODY -VE WITHOUT GIVING HIM A CHANCE,IF U DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT THEN CONTACT THE SELLER,SEE WHAT HE HAS TO SAY FOR THAT.
IF HE IS NOT INTERESTED TO HELP U OUT,THEN U CAN OPEN A DISPUTE OR RATE HIM -VE.
BUT WAIT FOR THE SELLERS RESPONSE,BECAUSE A SINGLE -VE RATING CAN HAMPER THE SELLERS SALES TO A LOT EXTENT.

i may add here that the buyer has used the system for about 20 days and then he has aksed for refund for a item which we sold at a loss of atleast Rs 250/-.

It is great pleaseure to have such feedback from other members of the community.

Why some sellers never reply mails or send the item to the buyer even after receiving the payment? Yet you are making them POWER SELLER. One of them is eBay Power Seller ID : ristcomputers, Delhi. I have Ordered 512 mb Pen Drive(FLASH DRIVE) USB 2.0 (#5237419442) on 08th Sept'05.

the Seller never reply mails or have not send the item. Even the Phone number given does not work.
