I had ordered a product BRAND NEW MENS POLO RALPH
The seller did not ship the product and a refund was approved and initiated on 9 September 2013.
Please note that we have still not received our refund. It's been more than 5 months now. I have mailed complain requests a number of times but there was no response from E Bay customer support teams. We sincerely request that this matter be reported and resolved on a top priority basis herein after.
