Non-refund of amount paid by Paisa pay for material not received

I have paid Rs.3000.00 for an item listed on ebay on 25.11.08.

My Transaction ID: 273907681020

However, I have not received the material. After seven days the message in paisa pay is Refund approved.

However, despite repeated requests for refund, I have not received the money back.

HAS BEEN RECREDITED ON 17/12 BUT IN MYLATEST STATEMENT DT.26/12 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT .KINDLY PERSUE WHERE THE AMOUNT HAS GONE.

Yes, Now a days it is a big joke to deal with Ebay India, Poor customer support... only they know to respond like ...escalating, be rest assured, check back after 24-48 hrs... etc. These poor guys having hard time to solve issues. I had lost Rs.3297/- as a refund from paisapay... Got all these stupid answers all the time when I called their support. So my friend nothing going to happen... they are not sincere at all. Even on this discussion board they won't respond.

i had order an item on 29.12.13 and its not been shipped and i also didn't got the refund as the message came on 10.1.14 that it will be refunded in 15 working days but still it has not been done as its 2.2.14 today **bleep** ebay
