Non fulfillment of assurance given by Claim Adjuster

This is with regards to the claim no :- 44309 file by me against Seller ID: anand_online for Item # 180622272844 Cordless Wireless Headphone Mic FM Radio TV DVD PC Chat ).
It was discussed with Mr.Pintu M , Claim Adjuster that I have received a defective headphone and I have send back it to anand online. Ananad online denies to return me back the courier charges. I have send all documents to ebay (Courier Receipt). The Customer Support executive assured me that Ebay will be refund the courier charges as per ebay guarantee policy within 15 days. But till today I have not received any refund from ebay. Will you please clarify me how my complain was closed when the refund was still pending.
Waiting for early reply in this regard.

i think seller in your case case clearly said "return charges has to borne by buyer"
READ THEN BUY.
no seller will ever sell you anything intentionally wrong.
AFTER FEW DAYS YOU WILL BUY MOBILE FROM A STORE AND THEN WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO SERVICE CENTER IF MOBILE TROUBLES.
YOU WILL START ASKING FOR CAB,BUS,RICKSHAW FARE. 😮

The buyer is not wrong in asking for return cost as the same is promised by ebay to the buyers under the "ebay guarantee scheme". The only problem is that the buyer is asking reimbursement from the seller which is wrong, it is ebay who will and should reimburse the courier cost to the buyer as per their promise, let's see what happens.
