No update on my ebay profile after negative feedback deleted by customer

Hello,

My customer peyetti_r had co-operated and got a negative feedback deleted.

I appreciate that inrswebhelp team deleted the feedback on customer's request.

However, the feedback profile is not yet updated. Its been more than 15 days now. After calling n no.of times, we always get a response that system is slow, server is down, will be done tomorrow, etc.

Any help?

Can someone please respond? There has been no action yet. We were told by customer support team that this issue is already escalated, then what is taking you 3 months to check and update a DSR rating?
