while buying an item online as a guest, I got an error saying transaction was unsuccessful, but the money got debited from my account. I have been following up since last 4 days, but no reply yet. Pls get back to me asap.
I ORDER 2 ALUMA WALLET ON 8-01-13. I PAID THE AMOUNT BY USING DEBIT CARD(andra bank) AND NET BANKING(IOB). I PURCHASED ONE ALUME WALLET IN DEBIT CARD AND ANOTHER ONE IN NET BANKING. THE AMOUT OF 135 RS IS DEBITED IN NET BANKING.(Ref.no.BILD-EBAY-O130108-NET@824264) BUT IN MY EBAY PURCHASE HISTORY SHOWS ONLY ONE ALUMA WALLET. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
On jan 8th 2013. i purchased aluma wallet. i paid a payment first on net banking(IOB). The transaction is not successful. So I using debit card for payment (andhra Bank ATM). But the amount of 135rs is debited in both net banking and debit card. MY ebay purchase history shows only one aluma wallet. I got a purchase confirmation mail from ebay only for debit card payment.So Please refund the amount of 135 while debited in net banking....Solve this problem <<thanking you>>
