32 days have passed and I have not received refund of Rs1599

You should be able to view the refunded amount of Rs. 1599.0 in your credit card statement / account within 3-4 working days if your issuing bank is private bank else it may take 12-15 working days for nationalized bank.
eBay.in has stopped working in India that doesn't mean they will not return my hard earned money
