Purchsed Panasonic Cordless Phone KX-TG 3611 from GRDSTORES. Defective item delivered, when seller was contacted it was told that if, buyer is not happy item can be returned back to seller. Subsequently item was returned back to the seller through courier. Refund cliam was done though ebay, almost 10 days after sending the consignment no. to ebay only transaction money was refunded, charges (almost 1/6th of the item value) incurred by buyer in sending back the item to seller has not been refunded, though there is no fault of buyer.
Bottom line is; buyer wanted to make some saving by purchasing item through ebay instead of going to show room, but land up in getting defective item and losing proportionately good ammout in sending back the item and time in follow-up.
Why this chagre is not being refunded to the buyer by ebay; not at all a good experience with ebay.

Please do not worry, you will get the courier charges as Coupon from eBay. Just follow below steps:
1. Scan the Courier copy proof of the product you sent back.
2. Email the scanned proof with PaisaPay id and claim number to insellerverifictaion@ebay.com
They will verify the issue and will email you a coupon.
